Complete Property Styling

Selling your home? Then look no further.
This package is designed for those people who will be moving out, or have a vacant property to sell. A blank canvas, this gives our team total control over the finished result.
A free quote (either in person or using photos and floor plans)
Our stylists and logistics team will be on site to transform your home. Fully furnished with all of the styling elements, we will ensure that your property is styled to sell
We will coordinate with your agent to ensure that the process from installation to collection works with your campaign timeline
Pricing includes installation, styling and collection. We have an optional extra to provided serviced fresh greenery
Partial Property Styling

Not moving out during the sale campaign? Keen to use some of your own furniture? This service is perfect for you.
A face to face quote with one of our senior stylists
Furniture and accessories to complement your existing pieces
A personalised Preparation for Styling document - so you know exactly what you need to do to be ready for our arrival.
Note: We can’t provide linen for hygiene reasons and request that you don’t use the soft furnishings.
As much as we love them, we don’t offer this service with pets in the home.
We require the property to be cleaned and tidy before our arrival. This is ensures that you get the best outcome for your marketing material.

Builder & Architect Styling
This service is perfect for builders, architects and interior designers wanting to showcase their work.
This is best done before your client moves in.
We work with your brief to provide you with a considered and design focused interior package.
OPTION ONE
Furniture Hire and Styling
Our team will install the furniture and styling elements, allowing you to have the property photographed. Typically a 1-2 day hire period.
OPTION TWO
Furniture Hire and Styling with a stylist on site
Wanting an elevated set of images?
Our team will install the furniture and styling elements and then one of our stylists will be on hand to work with your photographer to achieve those magazine standard images. Typically a 1-2 day hire period.
